We gladly offer exchanges or replacements if:

• Your order arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong product
• There is a manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, with photos and details, and we’ll make it right.

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A short explanation

Our customer care team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

📝 Important Notes:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Exchanges are only available within the UAE at this time
• We do not offer refunds
• Shipping costs for approved exchanges are covered by us
